Can I download the Visa application form on this site to apply for visa at the embassy?

I have gained admission to persue MBBS at Hebei North University. I have my admission letter, JW202, and Affidavit ready. I dont know if I can download the application form on this site and apply with it or I would have to buy the form at the Chinese Embassy
