About:China Transit Visa

Im flying LAX-CAN-KUL on December, do I need to apply for a transit visa?

Eventhough China is not my final destination, do I need to apply for a transit visa? I have two nationalities, mexican and spanish. I will appreciate your help.

A transit visa is not required if the stopover in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN) is less than 24 hours. If you want to leave the airport, please apply for a 24 hours stay permit when you arrive in the airport.
