I m an Irish citizen Can I apply 4 a chinese visa in Spore n how much does it cost?

If you don't hold a document which entitles you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP, you can't apply for Chinese visa in Singapore.
