Please tell us about the processes, requirements and preparation to be made. We are expected to go for the training in January 2012.

The visa is issued by China Visa Application Service Center or consulate in Malaysia. You need to check first which consular district you are in and then submit the requirements to the CVASC or consulate in that consular district to obtain the visa.
The requirements per applicant for a business visa include: applicant's passport valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2 blank pages; one recent passport photo; fully completed visa application form; "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation", other deemed necessary docuemtns by the consular officers.
Which city will your worker going for the training. If it is one of the northern cities, tell them to bring some warm clothes. It will be winter time in January. Also, Chinese Spring Festival is celebrated in the end of January 2012.
