chinese passport renewal,what's te requirement for the photo?

If go to Chinese embassy apply passport renewal on Dec. 1, is releasing of passport on Dec 14 or Dec. 15? What time is the releasing of passport, morning or afternoon?  Require 2 pcs Passport picture is 2x2 or 1.5x1.5? Thank you.

It usually takes 10 working days to process the passport renewal for China embassy in Philippines. If you are told to pick the passport another time, it may take 1-2 months for you to get the new passport. You'll be told when to pick up the passport.One need to submit 3 passport photos to get a new passport. The photo background should be light blue, light gray or white. No black-and-white photos. The photos should be 47X 42 millimetres in size.
