For a holiday? You don't need to obtain a visa in advance if you'll stay there for less than 180 days.

Thank you. I know I don't need a visa for a holiday, but I specifically want to work whilst on holiday (eg, bar work, reception etc) and want to know how easy or difficult it is to obtain a working visa for my holiday. I don't have a job sponser, I wanted to find work whilst there but wish to do so legally.
