im going to renew my visa and my employer want my passport to be notarize.do i need to go back to the philippines to get the notarization or the philippine embassy here in beijing could provide the notarization for my passport?please help me.thank you

The Consulate General of the Republic of Philippines in Shanghai provides the notarization service, I think the embassy in Beijing can do it too.
