im joy,im here in beijing,i want my passport to be notarize where will i go and what will i do?

im going to renew my visa and my employer want my passport to be notarize.do i need to go back to the philippines to get the notarization or the philippine embassy here in beijing could provide the notarization for my passport?please help me.thank you
