Transit for Hongqiao to Pudong (French passport): visa required?

I'm French and I have a 7 hour stop in Shanghai to go from Hongqiao to Pudong. Do I need a visa for that?

French passport holders are permitted to transit Shanghai for up to 48 hours without a visa and you could leave the Pudong Airport/Hongqiao Airport to enter the city. Please rest assured.
