could you please tell me the fastest trains from kowloon to changsha

I want to start at Kowloon and take the fast train from Guangzhou South to Changsha South at 20:35. I don't know how to get from Kowloon to Guangzhou South or is there even a faster way (not plane) to get from Kowloon to Changsha? Thanks for your help!

Only one train T98B is running from Kowloon to Changsha each day, which takes around 10hrs. From Kowloon, you could take the through train to Guangzhou east station directly. And then you can reach Guangzhou south train station by the bus 302A. It just takes around 2hrs by the high-speed train from Guangzhou to Changsha.
