I am Retired what i do for apply visa to stay in China (Dalian)

You can try to apply for a 1 year multiple entry visa with 90 days or 180 days stay duration per entry, but you need to travel out of China when the stay duration per entry is used up. At present, it is impossible for you to get a residence permit in China because you don't work in China.
