About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Sightseeing in Hong Kong. I'm an Iraqi passport holder, do I need a visa?

I'm an Iraqi passport holder, doing my PhD. at Peking University. I have a residence permission for China (until July 2012). Can I visit Hong Kong for 5 days without visa? If a need one, where do I get it??? After all, I do live in Beijing.

Yes, you need a visa to travel to hong kong. You can obtain the visa from Immigration Division of the Beijing Office of the Government of the HKSAR. Add: 71, Di'anmen Xidajie, Xicheng District, Beijing
