Visa Application required by crew member joining a ship in China

There are two application forms given in your web site. Kindly let us know which application to be submitted by a ship's crew member who is going to join a ship in in your good country China.

You just need to submit the Visa Application Form of the People's Repiblic of China (Form V.2011A) if you apply China visa in your own country. Form V.2011B is a supplementary visa application form, it applies to applicants who come to China for work or study in China, or someone else travellling with the applicants shares the same passport, or someone who apply for a visa in a country or territory other than the ocuntry of their current nationality.
