About:Chinese Embassy in Brazil

Hi, I'm Brazilian and I'm living and working in Germany - Dortmund- I can get the visa from here?

Or do I need to go to Brazil and get the visa from there?

You can apply for China visa from germany because you work in germany. You don't need to go to Brazil to apply for China visa.
