Does the macedonian citizen have to apply personally in Chinesse embassy in Bulgaria , or the passport with all other nessesary dokuments can be sent by DHL ?

If you live or work or study in Bulgaria, you can apply China visa in Bulgaria, otherwise, your application will be denied. Why don't you apply China visa in Macedonia? Generally speaking, applicants should apply for China visa in their own country or the country where they reside or work or study.
