which is best recommended airport? from singapore to ningjin, dezhou, shandong?

I have not booked a flight yet but i need to know which airport can be easiest for me to reach without worries? Beijing Airport to Shandong by what (private car or train), how long? Or Shandong (Jinai airport) from Singapore airport? Shandong is very big and i need to be at Dezhou with ease. I appreciate it if anyone provide any useful informations.I noticed that there is hardly a hotel in Ningjin because i spent hours on internet to find hotels but they didnt have information - price, website, etc... i need help for accomdation. Btw i am a chinese but do not understand a single chinese character. Can you provide possible links on accomdation in Ningjin Dezhou?  Thanks.

There is no direct flight available from Singapore to Dezhou. But you could take a flight from Singapore to Beijing first, costing around 6 hours, then take a train to Dezhou. From Dezhou to Ningjin, the only option is to take a bus, which takes about one hour...
