can I Extend my F Chinese visa by 1 month period in Shanghai itself

my name is Ganesh Bhongale from India and
currently I am having 90 days single entry F chinese visa and need to extend my visa for another 30 days .
so can I extend it in shanghai itself or I need to go to my home country to apply for new visa .
