Thank you Alex for your reply. I am now already in China. I've learnt a lot during this experience and i would like to share with others.
My flight arrived late and was too late to go via Macau to Gongbei.
I heard the visa office at Gongbei closes early (before 9pm).
Further, i can only get a Zhuhai 3-day pass, which is restrictive.
As for Luowu, the immigration closes at 9pm, so the 5-day Shenzhen visa here won't be an option as well. (only available earlier)
Immigration Ports (eg. Jiuzhou) via Ferry are also unavailable.
Except Shekou, for which the 5-day Shenzhen visa office is also closed during that time.
Shenzhen Bay port is also unavailable.
So, i considered the last option which is go via Huang Gang, which opens 24 hours.
I was lucky and managed to get a single entry full tourist visa at 9+pm. (not the 5-day Shenzhen visa), This is the only place to get an immediate China visa at this time. So i can go anywhere in China, including taking a flight out from Baiyun.
The Shenzhen visa only allows holders to stay within Shenzhen, therefore unable to fly out from Baiyun or else a RMB5000 fine will be imposed. (this is also available here till late)
To get the regular China Single entry visa, Need proof of hotel booking with hotel logo, blue background photo and RMB590 for Malaysian Passport. This should be available 24 hours, but usually they are reluctant to process if you go too late (i.e after 11pm)
Finally, i got my visa, entered China and proceeded with my trip.
I hope my information can help others in similar situation as me.
