About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Is it a problem if i come back to Shanghai when China residence permit is valid for 1 month?

Hi,
I am a Filipino and has been working in shanghai for a while now. I have a residence permit for foreigners. I am going home and will come back to shanghai with only a month left in my residence permit before it expires. Will that be a problem? I know it is still very much valid but I will it cause a potential problem?

It is not a problem if you come back to Shanghai when your residence permit is still valid. But you have to exit China when the residence permit expires. Otherwise, you will overstay in China.
