To-date is it still possible to get on arrival visa to Zhuhai?

(This is more of a statement/fact than a question... and would've been a question before I found out personally about it)

I could not find any "official zhuhai" webpage stating the fact that it's possible to-date to get a Zhuhai on-arrival visa. The only webpages that said so are travel websites by other fellow travellers (and hence uncertain whether it's still valid to-date).

I just been to zhuhai on-arrival visa... on Friday 14th October 2011.
