Is it cheaper to apply for a chinese tourist visa in Hong Kong Airport?

I am interested in visiting china for a day during a trip to Hong Kong, Will it be cheaper for me to get a Visa at the Cites Desk? or should i get one before travel?

It is more convenient to apply for a Chinese tourist visa in Hong Kong Airport. The fee is almost same.

If you apply for Visa in UK, besides the 30 pounds for single entry visa, you also need to pay 36 pounds for the service of CVASC in London or Manchester. The total fee is 66 pounds.

If you apply for visa at the CITS desk in Hong Kong airport, besides the 360 HK$ for single entry visa, you also need to pay fee for the service of CITS, however, I'm not clear about the service fee.
