Single or Multiple Visa for cruise?

I shall be on a cruise ship visiting three Chinese ports in succession: Shanghai [24 Feb] Dalian [26 Feb] and Tianjin [27 Feb], disembarking Tianjin 27 Feb and flying out that day. Is a multiple visa required, or is a single visa sufficient?

You need a multiple-entry visa since you'll enter China three times.
