About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Can I Work & Study on Work Visa?

I know that you cannot work on a student visa but can you work AND attend school part-time on a work visa?

I think it doesn't matter only if the school enrolls you. Also, I know someone work on a student visa and nobody get punished.

Thanks for your response.

I'm sure there are a lot of people that work on student visas and don't get caught but for myself I'd like to make sure I don't break any laws.

So on a WORK visa (and I would be working part-time), would I legally be permitted to attend school as well (whether it be a public university or a private academy)?

If it is short-term study, there should be no problem. But if you want to study in a school for a long time, the schoold may not enroll part-time student at all.
