what if my visa has expired for a year in china, what should i do to go back in the philippines?

im a 20 year old filipino citizen but my father is a chinese. i have a tourist visa. it happens that we have a family problem that i have to stay long here in china. and now im panning to go back to the philippines as soon as possible.
