which consulate is more likely to give me a longer visa

Question

I am in BKK;  plan to go to Canton fair;   plan to enter Shenzhen via HKG.which consulate would be more likely to give me a longer visa.. 24 month multiple entry would be the most convenient,but I never met anyone who got one.

Hong Kong is more likely to give you a longer visa, however, it is impossible for you to get 24 hours multiple entry visa. The china embassy in Bangkok may only issue you a single entry L visa with 30 days stay duration.
