About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

who will send me the invitation letter written in Chinese language?

For tourist visa i need an invitation letter written in Chinese language. My question is who will send me the letter? I already registerd for APSR 2011 and secretariat of APSR send me a invitation letter written in english. Is this letter is sufficient for visa.
