About:Macau Visa Policy

I Have a ECR stamping on my Passport and would like to visit Macau. Do I need a stamp of ECNR?

Since my Passport was issued with an ECR Stamp, I would like to know if there are any rules to travel to Macau. I want to come as a tourist for a 2 nights stay.

With effect from 1st October 2007, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (Emigration Policy Division) have allowed Indian Passport Holder who ECR to travel without a Clearance from the POE office for purpose other than Employment. So if you are traveling for Purpose other than Employment you need to produce and the following documents.
1. Valid Indian Passport
2. Valid Visa for the Destination Country (Indians are exempt from a visa to Macau for 30 days, so you don't need to provide it)
3. Valid return Air ticket for travel
