It is possible for you to get a tourist visa here. You can submit the visa application in person to the Embassy in Belgrade, if you can't come to the embassy in person, you can ask someone else to make the application on your behalf. Please provide the following documents: 1. your Cuban passport and photocopy of its data pages 2. completed Application Form V.2011A and V.2011B 3. one recent passport photo 4. the two-way air tickets 5. hotel reservation
