About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

We need to renew Chinese passport living in Ann Arbor, how can that be done without travel toChicago

Ann Arbor, Michigan is under the consular jurisdiction of China consulate in Chicago, you have to go to Chicago in person to renew your Chinese passport, you can't mail the application or entrust someone else to apply the Chinese passport.
