About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Do I need invitation letter from Chinese company before going to China on business trip?

I am visiting china to find suppliers of various products . I have a hotel reservation. Do I necessarily need invitation letter from any particular company and if so what form should it take?

Yes, you need invitation letter from Chinese company before going to China on business trip. If you don't have a business partner or supplier in China, you can't get the invitation letter. Besides the invitation letter from the company, the confirmation of invitation letter issued by an authorized chinese government office is also required.
