About:Chinese Embassy in Lebanon

I have a training medical course in hong kong dec.2011, what documents do I need to prepare?

i visit before mainalnd in 2009 and 2010.

The following additional documents are required:
a. One copy of the sponsor's HK ID and the sponsor's telephone number;
b. Training contract between trainer and trainee;
c. Documents of training program in details.
d. your passport and its copy
e. filled Hong Kong visa application form for training affixed with one recent passport photo.
