About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Taxi from HAK to Boao Forum for Asia Hotel

Will that be possible to take taxi for 4 adults with medium size luggage from HAK airport to Boao Forum Hotel? How much will it cost? If I am not wrong in CHina, most taxis are using VW Passat and size is quite small?
If taxi not possible, will it be better if I take train? How much the train cost from Meilan station to Boao station? Can I take taxi from Boao Station to the hotel and how much will it cost?

It is OK for you to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The taxi fare may be more than CNY250. The taxi is available for 4 people.
Or, you can take the bullet train from Meilan train station to Boao Station and then take a taxi to the hotel.The train ticket fare is CNY35 for second class and CNY42 for first class. The taxi fare from Boao station to the hotel is about CNY30-40 by meter. But usually, the taxi driver may ask a higher price without charging by meter. You should be careful.
