Supportive documents of visa application to china

We four got invitation letters to attend training at shanghai.
It is said that, for business visa we have to submit "Original invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit". What is the mean of Original? Do you accept the emailed attachment or are the company need to send original hard copy to us via courier?

If Chinese organization only support for our all the kind of expenses, do we need to submit ‘copy of local company bank statement’?

Please help me to solve this!

The embassy accepts the original hard copy of the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit. The emailed attachment is not accepted. You need to submit ‘copy of local company bank statement’

Dear Bod,

Thank you so much for replying me on this mater.
Only one more thing need to clarify.
Actually, for the all kind of expenses for four participants from Sri Lanka are supported by invited Chinese organization. If so, do we need to submit the ‘copy of local company bank statement’? Do they accept a certified last month salary scripts for that?

If you don't provide the ‘copy of local company bank statement’ , the invited Chinese organization has to send your the copy of its bank statement to prove that it can burden all kind of expenses for four participants from Sri Lanka.

The certified last month salary scripts are not sufficient. Generally speaking, at least 3 months bank statement is required.

If you really can't provide the bank statement, you can first submit visa application without it. If the visa officer asks you to provide it, you have to provide it.
