There are no subways from Hangzhou to Shanghai but bullet trains and high-speed trains are operating between the two cities. From Hangzhou airport, you could take the airport bus or taxi to Hangzhou train station directly and then take a D train or G train to Shanghai. It costs around CNY80 for one second-class seat on the high-speed trains.
