As of March 1, 2010, the Passport and Visa Office of China Consulate in New York will no longer accept cash payment. The consulate will only accept Master Card, Visa Card, Debit Card, and Money Order, Cashier's Check or Official Check (no Personal Check) payable to Chinese Consulate.
