Is visa required for travel to Shenzhen for Malaysian?

I'm going to visit Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau. Do I need a visa to Shenzhen, China?

Yes, you need a China visa to Shenzhen. You don't need a visa to Hong Kong or Macau. If you only visit Shenzhen for 5 days at most, it is possible for you to get a visa on arrival at the entry port of Shenzhen, such as Luohu.
