About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

What time is the releasing of VISA? Which window or room? Do we have to get a number?

Do you mean the time and place to pick up your visa? You should be given a 'Pick Up Form' after submitting all the requirements. The form will tell you where and when to collect your visa.

Your Pick-up form have date of pick-up, but no time and which floor/window to go. Is it the same time and same floor where i applied for the visa(2nd flr) or a separate room/window just for releasing Visa? Is it same procedure - take a number and wait? Thank you for your immediate response.

Yes, it is the same time and same floor where you applied for the visa (2nd floor). You can take a number and wait for the call. In fact, when you go to the visa office to collect your visa, you can enquire the staff and will know the whole procedure. Please don't worry.

Hello.
I have inquiries regarding the pick up form. I applied at the embassy for EXPRESS visa last October 6 Thursday, my application was accepted and the interviewer gave me the pick up form. But she put in the remark is " TO BE INFORMED" and no date when to pick up. Is this normal? If NO please help mo regarding my query.

It is normal, the processing time varies from case to case, your application will be considered seriously by the visa officer, so the pick up time is " TO BE INFORMED", please don't worry, the visa officer will call you if the visa is ready.
