About:Marriage Registration in China

if i am married to chinese and living in china with 12 month spouse visa

and my wife divorce me,will the spouce visa become null and void

If the exit-entry administrative bureau of public security bureau doesn't cancel your spouse visa after the divorce. You can still use it till its expiry date. But you can't renew it after its expiration.
