About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Can somebody submit and later pick up my visa on my behalf?

If so, do I need to send a note allowing them to do so? Or do I need to send anything else besides the application and my passport? Your address is now at 22 Malacca Street, right?

Yes, somebody can submit and later pick up your visa on your behalf. You don't need to send a note or anything else to allow them to do so. Just give all the requirements to him.

You are right, the visa application service center is at 22 Malacca Street.
