i am Anees Residance of pkistan i have china Z visa i want to my wife come with me in china so how can i got the Zvisa for my wife ???

You have to get an official invitation letter or confirmation of invitation from an authorized Chinese government office, such as Foreign Trade Economy Corporation Bureau. You can ask your employer to do it for you. Once you get the letter, the copy of your passport and Chinese residence permit and work permit, the marriage license are very helpful for obtaining a Z visa for your wife.

if now you just hold a Z visa, you haven't entered China by holding Z visa, it is hard for your wife to get a Z visa as dependent.
