Hello, I have friend who is a US Citizen and is currently on business in Denmark, and needs to go to China early next week can he get a Visa for China and is it allowed that I  drop off his Visa application form or does he need to be present himself

Your US friend can try to apply for China visa in Denmark, you can drop off his visa application at the Chinese visa application service center in Copenhagen (Address: Classensgade 34, 2100 Copenhagen Oe.), he doesn't need to appear in the center.
