If I arrived Beijing Airport at 17:00, Can I go to Beijing Railway Station for go to Harbin by train (Z15) at 21.00 in same day?If I book your train ticket  (Z15, or...), and not stay in Beijing,Which Ticket delivery ?

The time is enough for you to catch the train Z15 to Harbin. From Beijing Capital Int’l airport, you could take the airport bus directly to the train station costing around 1hr. For the train tickets, it is better for you to purchase them at the train station if you do not have fixed address for the tickets delivery.
