can not get a new passport before the day my old passport expire

Recently Passport will exprie in least one month and renew a passport need more then one month. is better go back to chia renew it?

Yes, it is better to return to China to renew your passport. In Toronto, you can't obtain a new passport before the expiry date of your old passport. Once your passport expires in Toronto, your Canadian residence permit or other document to prove your legal status in Canada will automatically expire. You will face some problems.
