how long does it take to go to qibao from shanghai (pudong new district)?

If we plan to go to Yuyuan Garden in the morning, then Qibao in the afternoon, would that leave us enough time to get back to Shanghai City for dinner?

It would leave enough time to get back for dinner. Watch your time and do not stay there too long. I would suggest go to Qibao in the moring and Yuyuan Garden in the afternoon, then you would not worry about the time for dinner.
