About:Confucius and Confucianism

So how would Confucianism be better than Lagalism or Taoism?

Are there any downsides to Confucianism?

My opinion, Confucianism was more suitable for the goveners to take charge of their people and most people could understand it. The ideology was more complete. Of course it has downsides. It emphasis fame and benifit, man's and the emperor's authority, etc.
