we intend to visit both two places above on the same time. is it possible??which one to visit first?

Impossible on the same time because they are in different region. It is a long river and there isn't any cruise like Yangtze River cruise. So, you should be sure of where you are going to see along the river. Yellow Mountain is in Anhui Province.
