About:China Visa Fees

If i have been fined/payed a 5000rmb as a fee for overstaying,will this be a problem to apply again?

If i have been fined/payed a 5000rmb as a fee for overstaying in china for 23days last year, will this affect my application for new tourist visa? will my application be denied? and how many months/or days if I will apply again, i my visa will be denied. Please explain to me. Thanks

Yes, the possiblity is very high that your visa application will be denied. One is usually not allowed to enter China in the following 3-5 years of the overstaying.
