Is it possible to climb down from the top Taishan via Tianzhu route ?

After walking up the Classical Eastern route can I walk back down via Tianzhu Peak Route ? Are there signs at the top of the mountain (in English) guiding me to find the start of the Tianzhu Peak Route to go back down ?
