i am a Nepali citizen, a student here at Shijiazhuang, china. I want to go back to my country by land through Lhasa for a vacation ( not a tour to Tibet), do i need travel permit to Tibet ? If i want you to help me going n coming back on the given date for my vacation.. what will be the price ??
