About:China Train

Could train tickets purchased here online be refunded/ exchanged?

In case there would be flights delays or unforeseen circumstances, where and how could I exchange the tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-upgradeable online once issued. If there are some unforeseen circumstances, you could change or refund the tickets at the departure train station by yourself before the train’s departure time.
