What is the faster's way to get the passport?

My friend is a China,Fuzhou citizen. Her main objective is to be able to attend her sister's wedding at Singapore. Her problem is, her passport left 3 pages to be full. Just has came back 2 weeks ago from Malaysia after visiting me. We have a applied student visa for my friend but only approved on 10th Oct. Her home country says that it will take 6 months to renew her passport. Please advise?
